Sharing dishes is at the heart and soul of Cal Pep and it is what makes eating at the bar so special. Just come in without a reservation and join others who are about to savor our plates. And if there's a line, no worries- grab a drink and get to know your neighbor, no doubt a new friend. There's been a long history of beautiful friendships that happen at Cal Pep. It's impossible not to be entertained! Once seated, the only thing you need to decide is that you'd like to drink, the rest is up to us.  Menu?  No need- our professional waiters will bring you the freshest dishes from the market that morning. All of our dishes are thought out to be shared and enjoyed as tapas should.  You can watch our chefs working directly in the kitchen from where you are seated. We are not big fans of heavy sauces or time intensive dishes- it is all about the ingredients. We also have a small dining room in the back that can serve 26 people and is highly recommended to contact us early to get a reservation.
